Schedule automatic emails for add reviews once your customer makes an order. Bright Product Reviews provide high-level customizations to customize the review request emails.
1. Go to the 'Customizations' menu.
2. Select "Emails".
Select how many days after you want to send the review request emails to your customers. Select 'Never' to disable email requests.
This setting will affect the above point selected days will be after the Purchase date or Fulfill date.
Update your Email Subject.
Use variable [order_number] for the order number.
For example, if you update the subject line "Order #[order_number], please share your thoughts!" then the output will be "Order #12345, please share your thoughts!".
Update Email Text.
Use variables [first_name] for the first name & [last_name] for the last_name of the user.
For example, if you update the email text subject line "Dear [first_name] [last_name], We would really appreciate it if you could share your thoughts about the product you have recently purchased." then the output will be "Dear John Smith, We would really appreciate it if you could share your thoughts about the product you have recently purchased."
Update the Text of Write A Review Button in emails.
Upload your brand's logo in emails that are sent to your customers.
Update the email address to get your customer's Email replies.
Send a reminder to your customers to upload the Photo/Video if they don't do that while submitting the review. The emails will be sent after 3 days of submitting the review. Select Never to disable the Photo/Video reminder emails.
Update the Email Subject for Photo/Video Reminder Emails.
Update the Email Text for Photo/Video Reminder Emails.
Update the Text for the Upload Photo/Video Button.
You may customize the appearance of emails. Select Custom & customize the appearance ie. Email Background Color, Content Background Color, Email Text Color, Button Background Color, Button Border Color, Button Title Color, Font Style, Font Size, etc.
Note: Some of the customizations may not available in your current plan. Please upgrade the plan to take advantage of full customizations.
