Bright Product Reviews provides a Questions & Answers widget for your customers to ask questions regarding products.
When a customer asks a question you will promptly get an email with the reply button where you can reply to the question.
You may also check, reply, or update the Questions from the APP dashboard.
1. Go to the 'Q & A' menu.
2. Select "Products Q & A".
3. All the asked or added questions will appear on this page. Unanswered questions will be displayed at the top of the list.
4. Open the question, add or update an answer & click on the "Answer" button to submit it.
